Chocolate coffee mousse

Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate containing 60% cocoa
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Liqueur as desired
  • 1 tablespoon Franck Gold instant coffee
  • 4 egg whites
  • 40 g sugar

Directions

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks, liqueur and Franck Gold instant coffee dissolved in a tablespoon of water. Lightly beat egg whites, add in sugar and beat until foamy. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture, pour into serving cups and chill for several hours.
